What a fantastic show this year! It is my absolute favorite show because: #1, it is to focused on the job of getting customers to return and #2, participants discuss what’s not working as well as what is. That’s so much more interesting than historical high-fives on big successes. The speakers this year were even better than previous years (content, delivery, and topics.) The information shared is highly relevant; no easy task given the ever evolving world of CRM.
