While the topic of loyalty is often very broad in the industry, CRMC offers top retail brands a chance to learn from each other on a specific aspect in CRM, with key takeaways and learnings that you can apply immediately.
The variety of speakers (retailers, neuroscientists, futurists, charities, artists) made it both a true thought-leadership event, but I also gained plenty of actionable ideas to bring back to my team.
This conference is a requirement for any retailer. The level of information provided is relatable and the most of the speakers are real world marketers, sharing their stories.

I love the manageable size of the conference and that the vendors are limited. The greatest benefit for me is to meet/chat with my peers in a relaxed environment.
