What type of Exhibits are Allowed?

All CRMC Exhibits (Kiosks and Lounges) are turnkey and are provided at no additional charge. Printed backdrops, pop-ups, or literature racks allowed per Fire Marshall Guidelines and space limitations

What are the Specs of the Kiosk?

The Gold Exhibits are located in the Grand Foyer, just off the main ballroom. Each Exhibit includes a Kiosk or Mini-Lounge with mounted screen, a small literature rack and two chairs. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum in this space during speaking sessions.

What are the Specs of the Lounge?

The Diamond/Emerald/Sapphire/Platinum Conversation Lounges are located in the Normandie Lounge. Each Lounge includes a monitor, sitting area, and coffee table. You may arrange your handouts and/or gifts on the coffee table.

What is displayed on the Exhibit monitors?

A monitor video file provided by each sponsor will be uploaded by CRMC and played on the screen during the event. Exhibit and video design specs and samples will be provided in January.

How are Kiosk and Lounges Assigned?

Lounge and Kiosk location is determined by CRMC and arranged according to sponsorship level and seniority. 

Is Wifi Available at the Exhibits?

Wi-Fi will be available in the Exhibit area, however, if you require a hard-line internet connection or an additional power drop for your Laptop, please email info@thecrmc.com. Order forms will be sent upon request.

When can company reps access our Exhibit?

Exhibits will be ready for Sponsors to arrange materials by 10am on Wednesday, June 7th (four hours prior to start of event). Materials must be cleared from sponsor exhibit areas no later than 2pm on Friday, June 9th (two hours after end of event).

How many reps should we assign to our Exhibit?

Three Coffee Breaks, two Afternoon Refreshment Breaks, and two Cocktail Receptions will be held in the Exhibit area, as well as being open for the duration of the event. Your representative(s) should plan to be at your exhibit during these breaks, as well as the four Activity Sessions (see Schedule of Events for specific times).
