1:1 Meetups

When do the 1:1 Meetups with retailers take place?

These sessions will take place on

Activity Session I: Wednesday, 6/7 from 3:20pm - 4:20pm

Activity Session II: Thursday, 6/8 from 10:45am - 11:45am

Activity Session III: Thursday, 6/8 from 2:20pm - 3:20pm

Activity Session IV: Friday, 6/9 from 9:50am - 10:50am

Where will the 1:1 Meetups take place?

Boulevard Room on the Second Floor

How many B2C attendees will we meet with?

Sponsors will be able to meet with up to 8 B2C attendees for 10 minute slots. Sponsors will be assigned table(s) with logo partition (number of tables depending upon demand), to conduct individual conversations with BtoC Executives. Eight Meetup time slots per sponsor table. Meetups are not guaranteed and are based on BtoC attendee signup. 

How do B2C attendees sign up for a 1:1 meetup with my company?

BtoC Attendees are prompted and encouraged to sign up for 1:1 Meetups when registering, as well as via frequent updates.

How will the on-site sponsor reps know who they are meeting with?

A list of Retailer RSVPs will be emailed by 5/31/2022, with the final list (including emails) sent on 6/5/2022. The live list will also be accessible on the NetworkTables platform in May. Plan to assign 1-2 Representatives for this session.
