The CRMC Webinar Series has been created, developed and promoted through a partnership between CRMC and The Wise Marketer as an addition to CRMC sponsorship offerings. Webinars are an additional fee and may be purchased as an A La Carte Add-on to your Sponsorship Package by visiting www.thecrmc.com/sponsorships. The Wise Marketer hosts, moderates and produces the webinars, while CRMC facilitates the webinar calendar, collection of deliverables, and management of retail presenters and sponsor presenters. When will sponsors receive the Participant list and what contact info will it include?

The Participant list will be shared beginning on June 1st, and every three days thereafter until the start of the event, to include participant’s name, company, title, and physical address.

Email addresses will be shared with Sponsors for ACTIVITIES ONLY: Roundtables, Workshops, Meetups, Discussions, Luncheon Table Topics, Retailer Luncheon, and Retailer Dinner for RSVPs only. Please note, RSVPs do not indicate guaranteed attendance.

May we send an email to attendees before the event?

No, due to a large amount of pre-event, blanket emails we are no longer allowing Sponsors to send communications to Attendees prior to the event. CRMC ensures Sponsors gain visibility for their investment by sending multiple communications to attendees introducing them to Sponsors prior to the event. These communications include a link to the 2023 Sponsorship team on website, informational Sponsor PDFs, information to RSVP for Sponsor hosted evening events, and reminders to sign-up for Sponsor activities.

Will an on-site Lead Scanning solution be available to Sponsors?

Yes, we have once again partnered with GTR Now to offer badge scanning technology in real-time. GTR will send Sponsor Admins an email with more information and a link to purchase the device licenses in April.

Event App

When will the Event App be available for download?

An email will be sent to all attendees to download the CRMC Event App in mid-May.

Will my reps be able to message and network with attendees before, during and after the event with the App?

Yes, registered reps will be able to message attendees via the event app before, during, and after the event. Attendees do have the option to hide their profile if they do not wish to be contacted via the app.

This Breakfast will take place on Friday, June 9th from 7:30am - 9:00am. This is your opportunity to send a Representative to critique the event and meet the BtoC Advisory Board Members who will be in attendance.

Can we host an off-site event for B2C attendees?

Yes, evening events hosted by sponsors should take place on Thursday, June 9th after 6:30pm. If you plan on hosting a Dinner Event and would like to be included in an attendee promotion, please send us the invitation pdf by 5/25/22. We ask that you please do not include the CRMC logo on your invitation

Raffle

Can we host an off-site event for B2C attendees?

How does the Raffle work?

As an incentive to visit Sponsor Exhibits, BtoC Attendees will use the back of their event badge to collect sponsor logo stickers after having visited your exhibit. Those who have collected 20 stickers will be entered into the raffle.

Can my company provide a gift for the Raffle?

Yes, we invite Sponsors to contribute prizes (minimum value $350). Your company name will be mentioned and you will be thanked from the stage. The name, company and email of the winner will be shared with you post-event.

Suggested items are high value electronics, hotel stays, gift certificates from your retail clients, and luxury items such as sunglasses, purses, or luggage.

Are reps or vendors eligible to win?

No, we reserve the prizes for B2C attendees only. Reps and vendors are not eligible to win.
